Use of client work

The films on this site were made by Nadiia Hryhorchuk in the course of employment or commissioned work for the clients named or shown in them. They are reproduced here with those clients' permission, for one purpose: to show her work to prospective employers as part of a job application.

This site is not an offer of services. Nothing on it is an invitation to commission freelance, contract or agency work, and no film, frame, still or other material on it is offered for sale, licence, sublicence or redistribution.

All rights in the films remain with their respective owners — including copyright in the footage, the edit, the music and the sound design, and all trade marks, logos and brand assets appearing within them. Nothing on this site grants, transfers or waives any right in any of that material, and no permission to reuse it is given or implied.

Where a film lives elsewhere — a client’s own server, Vimeo, Google Drive or Instagram — this site links to it rather than republishing it. What you see after following such a link is governed by that service’s own terms.

If you hold rights in this work

If you own rights in anything shown here and would like it corrected, credited differently or removed, write to nadiiahryhorchuk0@gmail.com. It will be changed or taken down promptly and without argument.

Privacy

This is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking, advertising or social media scripts. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party. It collects nothing about you, and there is no form on it to collect anything with.

It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare’s servers log ordinary technical data about each request — including your IP address — in order to deliver the page and protect the service against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare’s, under their own terms.

Links out to Vimeo, Google Drive and Instagram are ordinary links. Nothing from those services loads, and nothing is shared with them, unless you follow one.
